Pharmacist In-Charge needed w/Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science and one (1) year experience performing following job duties:

Interpret, prepare, dispense prescriptions as per Physician orders by complying state and federal regulations. Manage inventory and oversee pharmacy operations. Monitor drug interactions, counsel and educate patients on drug indications and side effects, adherence. Perform prospective drug utilization reviews (DURs), check gaps in therapy and recommend OTC alternatives. Educate and administer vaccines per CDC recommendations. Ensure safety and security measures handling controlled medications. Prepare blister packs tailored to elderly needs. Demonstrate patient’s inhaler usage for Asthma/COPD and insulin administration for diabetic patients. Use PrimeRX and PrimePOS. Supervise Pharmacy Technician.

Must have NY State Registered Pharmacist License.

Hours:

Monday – Friday - 10:00am – 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Saturday - 10:00am – 3:00pm

Day Off: Sunday
